About the Role:
- Manage and grow DJ operations within your designated market
- Build relationships with local venues and event planners
- Recruit and onboard new DJ talent in your area
- Ensure quality standards are met across all local events
- Report on market performance and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of DJ or event industry experience
- Strong local network within the events community
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Passion for music and creating memorable events
Regional Director, Enterprise - Northeast

As a Regional DJ Director, Northeast at DJ For Your Day, you will be a key leader in our fastest growing segment at DJ For Your Day. Our RD's manage a team of DJ's and guide them in both engaging and closing DJ For Your Day leads/opportunities. You'll lead initiatives across hiring, coaching, and enablement to support DJ For Your Day's growth & success. Your team of DJ's will look to you for training, opportunities that fit their specific skill sets and see you as a resource for any event's in your market.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of established DJ's in your territory that will represent DJ For Your Day at weddings, work and private events.
- Conduct a monthly meeting with your team and DJ For Your Day leadership.
- Build a preferred partnership program with event space venues in your market.
- Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability through best-in-class hiring.
- Partner with our leadership team to determine a customized strategy for your specific region.
- Excellence in listening, customer service and passionate about the art of DJing
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of DJ experience in a midsized market
- History of exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to lead and motivate others to action, including best-in-class customer skills communication, empathy, and integrity
- A people-based mindset, with a passion for coaching and developing DJs in your market at all levels.
- Examples of crushing events
- Ideal candidate would live in the Northeast U.S. - ideally Portsmouth, Burlington VT, or Boston Metro area.
