Our RD's manage a team of DJ's and guide them in both engaging and closing DJ For Your Day leads/opportunities. You'll lead initiatives across hiring, coaching, and enablement to support DJ For Your Day's growth & success. Your team of DJ's will look to you for training, opportunities that fit their specific skill sets and see you as a resource for any event's in your market.
